Tarlara Assurance · Health & Safety

Answer a few questions. Get the documents that actually apply to you.

No hundred-question audit and no generic bundle. A short assessment establishes how your business operates, and Tarlara generates the health and safety documents that follow from it — under your own name and branding, from guidance we research and approve centrally.

The assessment takes a couple of minutes. You see exactly what you would get before you create an account or pay anything.

Who it's for

Businesses that have to have this right

Small employers

You have staff, so you need a written policy and the arrangements behind it — and you would rather not spend a weekend assembling it from search results.

Businesses the public visit

Shops, salons, studios, cafés, workshops. People who are not your staff are on your premises, and that changes what you are expected to have thought about.

Holiday lets and accommodation

People sleep on your premises. That is a distinct risk profile with its own expectations, and generic workplace paperwork does not cover it.

Trades and contractors

Work at height, vehicles, lone working, substances. The documents that apply depend on what you actually do, not on what trade you call yourself.

How it works

What you can generate

The kinds of documents in the library

Policies

The written statements of how your business approaches health and safety — the general policy, fire, work equipment, manual handling, electrical safety, and the ones your answers make relevant, such as lone working or driving for work.

Risk assessment frameworks

Structured documents listing the hazard categories to assess for your situation. Frameworks to complete — never pre-filled findings about a workplace nobody has seen.

Procedures & arrangements

How things are actually done: accident and near-miss reporting, emergency arrangements and evacuation, first aid, contractor management.

Operational records & toolbox material

The day-to-day paperwork and briefing material — toolbox talks and assessment forms your team can use directly.

Exactly which of these you are offered depends entirely on your answers. That is the point: a business with no employees, no public access and no vehicles gets a genuinely shorter set than one with all three.

Where it comes from

Sourced, reviewed, and version-controlled

Named authorities

The library is built from official regulator guidance, legislation and government publications for your country. Each document records which.

A person approves every change

When a monitored source changes, it goes to a Tarlara reviewer. Nothing reaches a customer document automatically.

Versions, not overwrites

An approved change publishes a new version and supersedes the old one. Your existing document is never silently rewritten underneath you.

Your part

What Tarlara does, and what stays yours

Tarlara does

Researches and approves the source material. Works out what applies to you. Writes and tailors the drafts. Records the version and the source. Watches for change and tells you when a new version is approved.

You do

Read each document, complete anything marked for completion, and formally adopt it. Carry out the actual assessments of your own workplace. Decide when to take an update.

Tarlara does not certify you, inspect you, or make you compliant, and no document it generates says that it does. What it gives you is a documented, sourced, current starting position — which is a great deal more than most businesses have.

Pricing

Buy the documents. Subscribe to updates only if you want them.

One-off

A single purchase. We generate your tailored document set and it is yours to keep — permanently, with no subscription.

Managed annual updates

An optional yearly service. Tarlara watches the sources behind your documents and tells you when an approved new version is available, so you can update on your terms. Stop it whenever you like and keep everything you already have.

Current prices are shown at the end of the assessment, once you can see exactly how many documents you would receive.

Questions

Health & Safety FAQs

How long does the assessment take?
A couple of minutes. It is a handful of questions about how you operate, and every one of them changes which documents you are offered — we do not ask anything we do not use.
What if I don't know the answer to something?
Answer 'Not sure'. Tarlara treats that as genuinely unknown rather than as a no, and shows you the relevant documents as 'may be required' so you can decide later. It never quietly hides something because you were unsure.
Do I have to pay to see what I'd get?
No. You see your full recommendation — every document, and why each one applies — before you create an account or pay anything.
Can I change my answers later?
Yes. Your answers stay with your account and you can revise them at any time; the recommendation updates with them.
Are the documents branded as ours?
Yes. Your organisation name, logo, accent colour and report footer appear on the PDFs.
Which countries are covered?
The assessment asks where you operate before anything else, and tells you honestly whether Tarlara holds approved material for that country. We do not sell a country's pack until we genuinely have one.
