Higher plans raise limits and add finance, funding, analytics, automation and API access.

Pricing FAQs

Do I need a card to start a trial?: You choose your plan when you sign up. We verify your card with a £0 authorisation — nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. On day 8 your chosen plan begins billing automatically unless you cancel before then.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?: Yes. Both billing periods are available on every self-service plan, and you can change plan as your estate grows. Enterprise billing is agreed with you.
What happens when the trial ends?: The plan you chose at signup starts, and your card is charged for the first period. Cancel any time before day 8 and you are not charged at all. Your records remain in place either way — nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses.
Are Property and Assurance sold together?: No. They are separate products, bought separately. Assurance needs no Property subscription, and Property customers already get Health & Safety documents inside Property.
What counts as a user?: Anyone you invite into your organisation with their own sign-in. Each plan lists its user allowance.
How is Enterprise priced?: By agreement. Limits, single sign-on, integrations and support terms are negotiated with you.
