Pricing FAQs
- Do I need a card to start a trial?
- No. Trials on Professional, Business and Rural run for 14 days without a card. Property Starter has no trial period.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. Both billing periods are available on every paid plan and you can change plan as your estate or holding grows.
- What happens when a trial ends?
- Access to paid features stops until a plan is chosen. Your records remain in place — nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses.
- Are Property and Rural sold together?
- No. They are separate products with separate subscriptions, sharing the same operating model and design.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone you invite into your organisation or holding with their own sign-in. Each plan lists its user allowance.
- How is Enterprise priced?
- By agreement. Limits, single sign-on, integrations and support terms are negotiated with you.
