- Tarlara Home is £35 a year and Tarlara Home+ is £99 a year. Both are paid annually; there are no monthly plans.
- Is there a free trial or a free plan?
- No. Tarlara Home has two paid plans and no free tier or trial.
- Can I buy it now?
- Not yet. Tarlara Home is launching soon, and sign-up will open on this page.
- What's the difference between Home and Home+?
- Home helps you know and remember your home: its things, documents, warranties, history and dates. Home+ adds looking after it: regular care, repairs from start to finish, spend history, home checks, guidance for your home and more than one home.
- Can I look after more than one home?
- Yes, on Home+, for homes you personally own — a second home, a rental or a holiday let alongside the home you live in.
- Can I use it for a rental or a holiday let?
- Yes, on Home+. It looks after the property itself: its care, repairs, trades, costs, checks, records and renewals. It does not manage tenants, guests, bookings or rent.
- Is it for letting agents or property companies?
- No. Tarlara Home is for individuals and the homes they personally own. Organisations managing buildings or an estate should look at Tarlara Property.
