Tarlara Assurance

The documents you are expected to hold. Written for how you actually operate.

Most businesses know they are supposed to have the paperwork. Finding out which paperwork, writing it so it reflects the actual business, and noticing when the guidance behind it moves — that is the part nobody has time for. Tarlara Assurance does those three things.

The problem

Templates go stale the day you download them

Generic by design

A downloaded template is written for nobody in particular, so most of it does not apply to you and the parts that do are buried.

Frozen in time

Guidance changes. A file on your drive does not. Nobody is watching the source it came from on your behalf.

No version anyone can point to

When it matters, "we downloaded something a while ago" is not an answer. Which version, based on what, adopted when?

How Assurance works

One researched library. Your documents, from it.

Tarlara researches and approves the source material centrally, once, for everybody. You answer a short set of questions about how you operate. The engine works out which documents genuinely apply to you, and generates them under your own name and branding.

What you get

Not a download. A maintained position.

Tailored, not generic

The assessment decides what applies. A business with no vehicles is not handed a driving policy, and one with overnight guests is not left without guest fire safety.

Sourced, and it says so

Each document records the authority and the guidance behind it. You can point at where it came from.

Version-controlled

Every document cites the exact approved version it was generated from, and the date. So does the one that replaces it.

Your branding

Your organisation name, logo, accent colour and footer on every PDF. They look like your documents because they are.

Optionally maintained

Tarlara watches the sources. When guidance changes and a new version is approved, you are told and can update — on your terms, not automatically.

Yours to keep

The one-off purchase is genuinely one-off. Documents you have bought stay yours whether or not you ever subscribe to updates.

More families to come

Assurance is built as a family of products on one shared library. Health & Safety is the first and, today, the only one available. We will say so plainly here when another is genuinely ready — we do not advertise what we cannot deliver.

Where you operate

Jurisdiction is not a detail

Health and safety obligations are national. A UK document is a UK document, and dressing it up as an Italian one would be worse than useless. Tarlara maintains a separate approved library per country, and the assessment establishes yours before anything else. Where we do not yet hold approved material for a country, we say so and we do not sell it.

Questions

Assurance FAQs

Does this make my business compliant?
No, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. Tarlara gives you tailored, sourced, version-controlled drafts and tells you when they need updating. Reviewing, completing and adopting them is yours to do — as is anything that requires someone to actually look at your workplace.
Do you fill in my risk assessments?
No. A risk assessment document from Tarlara is a structured framework listing the hazard categories to assess. We do not invent findings, risk scores or conclusions about a place nobody has visited.
Do I need a Tarlara Property subscription?
No. Assurance is sold on its own. You create an account and an organisation, and that is all — no portfolios, sites, buildings or assets required.
What if I already use Tarlara Property?
Then Health & Safety documents are already part of your Property module, driven automatically by what you have recorded about each building. You do not need Assurance as well.
What happens if I stop paying for updates?
You keep every document you already have. Managed updates are an ongoing service for telling you about new approved versions — stopping it never takes away what you bought.
Is my assessment kept private?
The assessment records only how you operate — a country and a handful of yes/no answers. It holds nothing identifying about you until you choose to create an account.
