Tarlara Property

Know your buildings. Know what applies. Know what's next.

Stop managing buildings from memory. Spreadsheets over here. Certificates over there. Contractor emails somewhere else. A service date somebody hopefully remembered. Tarlara brings the building together.

Who it's for

Owners and teams responsible for real buildings

Single-site owners

One building or one site, with maintenance and compliance that still has to be right.

Growing estates

Several sites across a portfolio, with capital planning and funding to coordinate.

Facilities and operations

Work planning, contractors, costs and evidence held against the thing the work was about.

Trustees and custodians

Heritage, community and institutional buildings where the record has to outlast the people keeping it.

The connected operating model

A building becomes a structured understanding

You add a building. Tarlara begins building structure around it. You add its assets. Those assets connect to maintenance and compliance. A condition issue becomes work or a project. Work is completed — and the costs, documents and evidence stay attached to the thing the work was actually about.

Location and context

Where a site sits shapes what applies to it

Mapped estate

Sites, site areas and buildings are positioned on a map, so the estate can be understood spatially rather than as a list.

Applicable obligations

Compliance records are held against the site and its assets, with due dates that follow the responsibility rather than a person's memory.

Funding discovery

Funding records can be matched against buildings, projects and works where relevant — available on Professional and above.

Capabilities

Feature groups, shown as they connect

Simple first. Detail when you need it. A building record is useful with a name and an address; the same record can carry floors, spaces, assets, obligations, costs and decades of history.

Inside the product

What it looks like in use

Three views of the same connected record: the operational picture, the structure it belongs to, and the compliance work it creates.

What you get

Know what applies. See what's due. Keep the proof.

Know what applies

Where a building sits helps determine the requirements attached to it. Tarlara holds those obligations against the building, not in someone's inbox.

See what's due

Service intervals, inspections and renewals carry their own dates, so the next thing is always visible.

Get the work done

Issues become work or projects, contractors are attached, costs are recorded.

See where you could improve

Condition and performance information points at the improvements worth considering.

Make buildings more sustainable

Energy, water, utilities and efficiency improvements sit with the building they belong to, and become projects when you're ready.

Find relevant funding

Funding opportunities can be recorded and matched against buildings, improvements and projects. Eligibility is always decided by the scheme provider.

Sustainability

Improvement, connected to the actual building

Sustainability in Tarlara isn't a separate reporting exercise. It starts with the condition and performance of the buildings and assets you already hold.

Improvement chain

  1. Building
  2. Condition and performance
  3. Improvement opportunity
  4. Sustainability
  5. Relevant funding
  6. Project
  7. Evidence

Not every improvement attracts funding, and not every improvement saves money. Tarlara helps you identify and understand the options — it does not carry out professional energy assessments.

AI

Tarlara knows the context. AI helps you make sense of it.

What needs attention? What's due next month? What does this requirement mean? What evidence am I missing? Are there funding opportunities relevant to this improvement?Where could this building be improved?

AI is available on the plans that include credits. Every operational feature works without it.

Questions

Property FAQs

Can I start with one building?
Yes. Starter covers a single site with up to five buildings, and the same operating model applies as on larger plans.
Does it handle movable as well as fixed assets?
Yes. Both are first-class records, and both can carry QR labels for identification on site.
How is evidence stored?
Documents, photos and certificates are attached to the record they belong to — the asset, the compliance obligation, the work or the project.
Is AI required?
No. Starter includes no AI credits and remains a complete operational system. AI is an accelerator on the plans that include it.
Can contractors and suppliers be recorded?
Yes, and they link to the work they carried out, so the cost and the evidence stay connected to the job.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export is available, and bulk import and export are included from Professional upwards.
