How does the free trial work?
You choose your plan when you sign up. We verify your card with a £0 authorisation — nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. On day 8 your chosen plan begins billing automatically unless you cancel before then.
Can I start with one building?
Yes. Essential covers a single site and building, and the same operating model applies as on larger plans.
Does it handle movable as well as fixed assets?
Yes. Both are first-class records, and both can carry QR labels for identification on site.
How is evidence stored?
Documents, photos and certificates are attached to the record they belong to — the asset, the compliance obligation, the work or the project.
Is AI required?
No. Essential, Professional and Strategic include no AI credits and remain complete operational systems. AI credits are included with Intelligence, as an accelerator rather than a requirement.
Can contractors and suppliers be recorded?
Yes, and they link to the work they carried out, so the cost and the evidence stay connected to the job.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export is available, and bulk import and export are included from Professional upwards.
